Today I had a very pleasant surprise. Darryl Lipscomb with ESP square dance labels contacted me. It seems I had a problem getting a track I had bought downloaded and wasn’t able to download it until the download time period had expired. Darryl contacted me and asked about it because he didn’t see where I had downloaded the track. When he found out what had happened he resent the download link and asked me to contact him when it was downloaded. He wanted to make sure I got the download I had bought.
This is so refreshing to see someone so interested in taking care of their customers.
